Firm Qualifications
F &P has our own Emergency Response Team to provide 24-hour assistance, 365 days a year for accidents and emergencies that occur outside of traditional business hours. An attorney with transportation experience is always on call. In addition, the firm has created a “Go Team Response List” for each jurisdiction in which it practices, which includes 24-hour contact information for field adjusters and investigators. We also routinely handle all aspects of follow-up investigation of an accident, including documents prepared during that process, and all aspects of related litigation when it arises.
