Experience

A Maryland native, Dillon joined Franklin & Prokopik as an associate in September 2023. Prior to joining Franklin & Prokopik, he worked as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Charles J. Peters in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, assisting with a wide range of civil and criminal cases, including complex asbestos litigation. Before attending law school, he worked as a clerk at a small local law firm, assisting attorneys with federal employment law cases.

Dillon graduated magna cum laude from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in the Spring of 2022 and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. During his academic career, he was a Senior Editor of the Maryland Journal of International Law. His article analyzing the potential impacts of the European Court of Justice’s Schrems II decision was published and was awarded the Joseph Bernstein Award for Legal Writing.

Activities

Dillon can be found outside of work exploring Baltimore and trying to find all of its best restaurants. He loves cooking and spending time outdoors whenever possible. He also enjoys watching soccer, traveling, and reading.
