Bill Carr practices as counsel for Franklin & Prokopik, serving the needs of the firm’s clients in central and southeastern Virginia, including the Richmond Metropolitan and Hampton Roads areas. He is a seasoned litigator with more than 25 years of experience. He has extensive experience with professional product liability, transportation, workers’ compensation, and other general liability lawsuits in the state and federal courts and has handled all phases of the litigation process in a lead role, including discovery, trials, and appeals. Before joining Franklin & Prokopik, Bill practiced as an attorney with personal injury firms in Richmond, Virginia, and handled various cases.

Bill maintains his license to practice law in Virginia. Bill enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with his family in Richmond and Baltimore.
