We tailor expertise from some of our other practice areas, such as labor and employment, to the issues specific to the Human Service entities that provide assistance to people with certain disabilities or challenges.

The firm is also an active allied member of trade associations dedicated to assisting those that provide human services, such as the Maryland Association of Community Services (MACS), the Maryland Association of Resources for Families & Youth (MARFY), and the Community Behavioral Health Association of Maryland (CBH). We also serve as counsel to the Maryland Association of Community Services Workers’ Compensation Self-Insurance Group.
