Experience
Landon is an experienced litigator with more than a decade of experience in insurance defense and civil litigation. Landon returns to Franklin & Prokopik following a nearly five-year stint as an in-house claims attorney with a commercial trucking insurance carrier, where he managed litigated claims across multiple jurisdictions, often involving highly complex exposures. Landon also brings significant experience in defending clients in premises liability litigation and construction litigation. He is licensed in Washington, D.C., and Virginia.
Activities
When not practicing law, Landon enjoys spending time with his wife, Jehan, and daughter, Leilani. Landon is also an avid West Virginia University sports fan and enjoys spending time outside, mostly to play golf.
