Experience
Pavel joined Franklin & Prokopik as an associate in August 2022. He concentrates his litigation practice in liability defense. Prior to joining Franklin & Prokopik, Pavel served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Justin J. King in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County. Pavel received his law degree from the University of Maryland Francis Carey School of Law. As a second-year, Pavel joined the National Trial Team. Through his extensive work and participation on the National Trial Team, he received the esteemed Litigation and Advocacy Award. Mr. Glazunov also served as a Rule 19 Student Attorney in the law school’s Consumer Bankruptcy Clinic and appeared before the United States Federal Bankruptcy Court. Pavel also served as an editor of the Journal of Healthcare Law and Policy. Throughout law school, Pavel also took advantage of several opportunities to grow his skills. He worked as a law clerk at Waranch and Brown, LLC, where he collaborated with attorneys on various medical malpractice defense matters. He also was a law clerk at Kiernan Trebach, LLP in Washington, D.C., where he worked in the areas of premises liability, product liability, and insurance defense.
