Experience
Brianna O’Donnell has joined Franklin and Prokopik’s Newark, Delaware office concentrating her practice primarily in general liability matters.
Brianna has prior experience assisting in medical malpractice defense, general liability, premises liability, and employment law cases. During law school, Brianna worked as a legal intern for the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office, where she researched and assisted in drafting briefs and memorandums. Additionally, Brianna worked as a law clerk at F&P’s Newark, Delaware office primarily assisting with workers’ compensation cases.
During her time at Widener University – Delaware Law School, Brianna worked as a legal intern for Widener Delaware Law Environmental and Natural Resources Law Clinic – working with organizations and individuals seeking to protect the environment. She was also Vice President of Community Service for Youth Court. Immediately prior to law school, Brianna received a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Political Science from Shippensburg University.
Brianna is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Bar and United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Activities
Outside of Brianna enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the gym, and taking her dog to the park.
