Experience
Brianna O’Donnell is an associate in Franklin & Prokopik’s Newark, Delaware office, where she focuses her practice on general liability and workers’ compensation matters.
She has experience defending clients in a variety of civil litigation areas, including medical malpractice, premises liability, various employment law matters, and general liability claims. Prior to joining the firm as an attorney, Brianna served as a law clerk in the same office, assisting primarily with workers’ compensation cases. While in law school, she also interned with the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office, where she conducted legal research and helped draft briefs and memoranda in support of criminal prosecutions.
While at Widener University Delaware Law School, Brianna served as a legal intern for the Environmental and Natural Resources Law Clinic, where she supported individuals and organizations in their efforts to protect the environment. She also held a leadership role as Vice President of Community Service for Youth Court, reflecting her commitment to civic engagement.
Before attending law school, Brianna earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Political Science from Shippensburg University.
Brianna is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Activities
Outside of Brianna enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the gym, and taking her dog to the park.
