Tye C. Bell

Experience

Tye Bell concentrates his active litigation practice primarily in the areas of general liability, tort and casualty defense, and for the commercial transportation industry.  Prior to joining F&P, Tye worked for a renowned Delaware corporate litigation law firm, and served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Syliva H. Rambo of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

During law school, Tye served as a member of the Pennsylvania State University Law Review and received the CALI Award in Torts.

Activities

Tyeis a member of the Delaware State Bar Association.  Tye is originally from Central California but now resides in Wilmington, Delaware. He enjoys sports and playing piano in his spare time.

Oleh V. Bilynsky

Experience

Oleh Bilynsky concentrates his active litigation practice primarily in the area of liability defense, representing clients in a variety of matters.

Oleh has extensive liability defense experience and has practiced in the areas of general liability defense, construction litigation, premises liability, and product liability (including toxic tort matters).  He has served as assistant to national coordinating counsel and oversaw the management of hundreds of cases from inception to trial across the U.S. as well as serving as local counsel in Delaware and Pennsylvania.

Activities

Oleh is a member of the Delaware and Pennsylvania State Bar Associations.  In his spare time, he enjoys exercising, traveling, and spending time with his wife and family.

Eric Scott Thompson

Experience

Eric Thompson concentrates his practice on representing the rights of business and individual defendants in civil actions and in doing so has tried cases before all levels of courts in Delaware in addition to administrative boards. He is an adjunct instructor at Wilmington University and also volunteers time for Delaware Volunteer Litigation Services representing indigent clients in guardianship matters.

Activities

Eric is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association, Mayor of the Town of Elsmere, and a member of the Board of Directors for the Northern Delaware Football Officials Association. He is going on his twentieth year officiating high school football in Delaware and Maryland. Eric also served on the Board of Directors for Stellar Associates which provides tutoring services to low-income families.  Most important of all, Eric enjoys spending quality time with his loving wife and watching his son on the football pitch.

 

Robert S. Hunt, Jr.

Experience

Robert Hunt, Jr. joined F&P’s Delaware office in 2013, concentrating his practice in workers’ compensation and employers’ liability. He has experience representing clients at all stages of the litigation process, from hearings before the Industrial Accident Board and appeals to the Delaware Superior and Supreme Court to settlement and mediation. His clients primarily include employers, insurers, and third-party administrators from companies of all sizes across a variety of industries.

Before joining Franklin & Prokopik, Robert served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Jay H. Conner and the Honorable Mark D. Buckworth for the New Castle County Family Court in Delaware. He remained with the Family Court for another year to serve under the Honorable Chandlee Johnson Kuhn, Chief Judge of the Family Court of the State of Delaware.

  • Thomas P. Lomax and Nicholas P. Theodore Memorial Award for accumulating the most pro bono hours in his graduating class, Widener University School of Law

Activities

Robert is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association. In his free time, Robert volunteers at the Delaware Office of Child Advocates to represent abused, neglected and dependent children in the Delaware Family Court System.

William (Skip) A. Crawford

Experience

Skip Crawford’s career has included representing corporate and individual clients in State and Federal Courts in both Maryland and Delaware. He focuses his practice on matters in litigation and is an experienced trial attorney. During law school, Skip served as a teaching assistant to Professor Richard Boldt and supervised students in the clinical law program.

Activities

He is a current member of the Maryland Attorney Grievance Commission Peer Review Committee and the Delaware State Bar Association. Skip is a triathlete who has completed multiple Ironman triathlons, half Ironman triathlons, marathons, and shorter-distance races.
