Experience
Rachel Brown concentrates her litigation practice in Workers’ Compensation Defense. Prior to joining F&P, Rachel gained experience working in construction law litigation at a firm in Tysons, where she was a legal intern assisting attorneys in their representation of construction contractors. She is an active member of the Virginia State Bar Association.
During law school, Rachel actively participated in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Clinic as a clinic tax preparer and was an active member of the Women’s Law Society and Business Transactional Law Society.
Activities
Rachel was born and raised in Virginia, having lived in Fauquier County her whole life. Rachel loves to read, fish, watch football (and play fantasy football), and bake using new recipes.
