A principal of the law firm of Franklin & Prokopik, Kimberly Rhodes concentrates her civil litigation practice primarily in the area of state workers’ compensation defense. Kim has been practicing with Franklin & Prokopik since November 2002, and has handled numerous matters before both the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission and the various circuit courts. She often speaks at seminars addressing multiple issues pertaining to defending workers’ compensation claims.
