Experience
Collin Whitney is an associate in the workers’ compensation section at Franklin & Prokopik. Prior to being sworn into the Maryland Bar in November 2025, Collin began working at F&P as a law clerk, gaining hands-on experience with workers’ compensation matters and litigation support.
During law school, Collin was selected as a Criminal Law Scholar, served as a research assistant for Professor Oppenheimer, practiced as a Rule 19-220 Student Attorney in the Saul Ewing Civil Advocacy Clinic, and graduated with honors.
Activities
Collin is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association. Outside of the office, Collin enjoys spending time with his family and friends, as well as relaxing with his wife and two dogs.
