Ben Brooks serves as a Counsel attorney in Franklin & Prokopik’s Hagerstown office. He focuses his practice in the areas of workers’ compensation and employers’ liability, bringing nearly a decade of experience representing injured workers and personal injury plaintiffs at a boutique firm in Western Maryland. This background gives him a unique and valuable perspective in his current insurance defense work, allowing him to anticipate opposing strategies, assess claims critically, and deliver practical, results-oriented counsel to clients.
Activities
A native of Frederick, Maryland, Ben and his wife, Rachelle, currently live in West Virginia’s Eastern Panhandle with their dog, Tiny Joe, and cat, Trashcan. When he’s not practicing law, Ben enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it’s hiking the C&O Canal, tending to his backyard projects, or firing up the smoker for weekend barbeques with friends and family.
