Experience
Austin Scott worked as a workers’ compensation associate at Franklin & Prokopik before moving to Charleston, South Carolina, but has since returned to the firm as a liability associate. Before he first joined Franklin and Prokopik, Austin worked as an Assistant State’s Attorney for the Baltimore City State’s Attorney’s Office.
Austin graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law. During law school, Austin interned in the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit at the Office of the Attorney General. He also served as a Rule 19 student-attorney in the Criminal Practice Clinic, handling various misdemeanor criminal and traffic offenses in the District Court of Baltimore City.

Austin is a member of the Maryland and South Carolina State Bars. Austin enjoys trying new restaurants, running, and spending time at the beach.
