Her expertise spans numerous functional areas, including benefits administration, contingency operations in the workplace, compensation, employee engagement, employee relations, performance management, training and development, recruiting and onboarding, and compliance and risk management.

Jennifer is actively involved in several professional organizations and holds multiple certifications. Her affiliations include Community Outreach, Downtown Partnership of Baltimore (Zion Church of Baltimore City), Society for Human Resources Management Certification (SHRM-CP), Treasurer of the Maryland Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators (MDALA) and member of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA), Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Certificate from the University of South Florida, Member in Good Standing with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and a Member of the Chesapeake Human Resource Association (CHRA).
In her personal life, Jennifer lives in Inner Harbor, Baltimore, with her husband and two cats. She is an enthusiastic supporter of the Baltimore Ravens and Orioles.
