Experience

Caroline earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in 2024. During law school, she was part of the inaugural class of the Eviction Prevention Clinic as a student attorney, where she represented tenants in eviction proceedings. She later continued as a clinical supervisory student, doing same-day representation in Baltimore City District Court in Rent Court hearings. She also externed for the Honorable Lydia Griggsby at the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. She also served as a Notes & Comments Editor for the Journal of Business and Technology Law.

Prior to joining Franklin & Prokopik, she completed a judicial clerkship with the Honorable John S. Nugent in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City during his tenure as a judge in charge of Civil matters.

Activities

Caroline is a Baltimore native. Outside the office, she enjoys going to O’s games, hot yoga classes, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with her friends and family.
