Experience:
Catherine Hollen joined Franklin & Prokopik in October 2002 as a Legal Billing Professional. She assisted in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. In 2015, she was promoted to Billing Manager, working closely with the Equity Committee and Firm Administrator to develop effective department procedures, establish short- and long-term goals, and support the firm’s evolving business needs. In 2026, she was promoted to Director of Billing, where she oversees all billing operations and collections.
Activities:
Outside of work, Catherine enjoys spending time with her family and watching her grandchildren grow. She enjoys the beach, live music, and spending time outdoors.
