Bar Admissions
Ms. Kozlowski became a member of the Maryland State Bar in 2002 and the District of Columbia Bar in 2003. She was admitted to practice before the U. S. District Court for the District of Maryland in 2004.
Education
Ms. Kozlowski obtained bachelor’s degrees from the University of Florida in 1998 and Florida International University in 1999. She earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2002. During law school, Ms. Kozlowski was a member and Associate Editor of the Maryland Law Review.
Member Info
Following law school, Ms. Kozlowski served as law clerk to the Honorable Nancy Davis-Loomis of the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County from August 2002 to August 2003. She then worked as an associate attorney at Lord and Whip, P.A., in the areas of worker’s compensation and general liability defense until joining Franklin & Prokopik in February 2008.

She is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, the Baltimore City Bar Association, and Maryland Defense Counsel, Inc.

Ms. Kozlowski is fluent in both French and Spanish.
