Experience
Tara Valenza joined Franklin & Prokopik in January of 2014 as Director of Human Resources, bringing more than 13 years of experience in employee relations, project coordination and contract maintenance. Prior to joining Franklin & Prokopik, Tara served as a human resource specialist for four years at Kelly & Associates Insurance Group, performing a wide range of human resource duties including recruitment, hiring, managerial advising and coaching, payroll, and benefits administration. She has also held human resource positions with Militex, a division of Integra LifeSciences and Visit Baltimore.
