A principal with the law firm of Franklin & Prokopik, Becki Dannenberg has over 20 years of experience advising and representing clients in a variety of litigated cases and business issues.

Becki defends corporations and individuals in civil matters involving premises liability, construction and design defects, director’s and officer’s liability, professional liability, product liability, transportation, intentional torts, and workers’ compensation. She has tried numerous cases in both state and federal courts and has successfully argued in the appellate courts of the District of Columbia, Virginia, and the Fourth Circuit.

Becki advises clients on employee discharge and discipline, employee handbooks and policies, and contracts governing business relationships, including subcontract and indemnifications agreements.


Becki lectures on issues of law and civil litigation. She is a member of the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys, Virginia Trucking Associations, and the Fairfax County Bar Association.
