Ethan Clasing is a litigation associate at Franklin & Prokopik’s Baltimore Office. Ethan focused his career on litigation after clerking for the Honorable Susan Hazlett in the Harford County District Court. After his clerkship, Ethan became an Assistant State’s Attorney for the Harford County State’s Attorney’s Office where he tried countless criminal cases. Once he became comfortable with the litigation process in criminal cases, Ethan shifted his focus to civil litigation. As a general practitioner, Ethan represented clients in a variety of civil litigation matters and criminal defense.

During law school, Ethan was a Rule 19 student attorney for the University of Baltimore Pretrial Justice Clinic, where he represented indigent criminal defendants at the pretrial stage of their cases. Ethan also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Charles Peters in the Baltimore City Circuit Court.

Activities

Ethan was born and raised in Baltimore County, Maryland. He is a devoted fan of the Orioles and Ravens and enjoys taking trips to Ocean City. Ethan also achieved the rank of Eagle Scout with Boy Scout Troop 497. In his free time, Ethan likes to spend time with his family and attend concerts and sporting events.
