Prior to joining F&P, Bryce Ziskind concentrated his litigation practice on the defense of insurance carriers and private individuals. Bryce defended clients from claims of personal injury, negligence, and breach of contract. Most notably, Bryce’s cases centered on motor vehicle accidents, alleged construction-site failures, and premises liability claims of safety and security. Since joining F&P, Bryce represents clients in a variety of matters including cargo loss, catastrophic accident/injury/tort claims, general negligence, and breach of contract. Bryce continues to gain experience defending motor carriers and their drivers through all aspects of the litigation process, from on-site investigation to trial. Bryce is also a contributor to F&P liability insights and blog articles.

While attending law school, Bryce served as an Associate Comments Editor for the University of Baltimore Law Review and was a member of the Intellectual Property Moot Court Team. Bryce also spent time as a Rule 16 Public Defender in Harford County and as a Research Assistant with Sports Law Professor Dionne Koller at the University of Baltimore School of Law. Following Law School, Bryce clerked for the Honorable Stephen M. Waldron and the Honorable Kevin J. Mahoney in the Circuit Court for Harford County.

Bryce is a member of the Maryland Bar, as well as the District of Columbia Bar. He is a member of the Maryland Defense Counsel, Maryland State Bar Association, and Baltimore City Bar Association. Bryce, a native of Harford County, Maryland, is an avid fan of the Baltimore Ravens and Los Angeles Lakers. In his spare time, he enjoys learning about the American Revolution and spending time with friends and family.
