Brian Carroll has more than 25 years of information technology and engineering experience in both SMB and enterprise-level IT departments. Over his career, Brian has been an integrating engineer for consulting organizations, the network architect for a regional ISP, and spent the last eight years as Sr. Manager of Infrastructure for United Health Group, a Fortune 20 company. Brian has a full range of industry certifications to go along with his years of experience, including Microsoft MCSE+I, Cisco CCNP, and CCNA, Check Point CCSE and CCSA, Citrix CCA, and ITIL certifications.
