Alyssa Fetterolf concentrates her active litigation practice primarily in the area of liability defense for the commercial transportation industry. She represents clients in a variety of matters including cargo loss, catastrophic accident/injury/tort claims, commercial transactions, independent contractor/employee status issues and property loss. Since joining F&P, Alyssa has gained experience defending motor carriers and their drivers through all aspects of the litigation process, from on-site investigation through trial.

Alyssa became involved in the transportation industry immediately following law school, by exclusively representing plaintiffs injured in car accidents. This experience enabled her to bring a unique knowledge of the plaintiff’s strategy to our team.

Alyssa gained valuable experience during law school including interning with the Hon. Anthony J.
