Case Update: Judges Uphold Favorable F&P Ruling in COVID-19 Title VII Case

Last year, F&P attorneys Ralph Arnsdorf and Patrick Wachter obtained a favorable ruling in a case involving religious discrimination claims under Title VII related to COVID-19 vaccination requirements.

Recently, the Plaintiff filed an appeal to the United States Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit in June of 2025. On March 2nd, 2026, a three-judge panel issued an order affirming the summary judgment awarded by the lower court to Lutheran Social Services.
