Stephen J. Marshall has recently joined Franklin & Prokopik, P.C. in Baltimore. Mr. Marshall, an associate, concentrates his civil litigation practice in the area of general liability defense. Steve became a member of the Maryland State Bar in 2005. He is a member of the American Bar Association. Mr. Marshall obtained his Bachelor's degree from West Virginia University in 2002. He earned his Juris Doctorate from West Virginia University College of Law in 2005 graduating with the honor of Order of the Barristers. During law school, Steve worked as a law clerk for the United States International Trade Commission. Before joining the firm, Mr. Marshall practiced at a boutique civil litigation law firm focusing on complex civil litigation disputes.
